Focus on Success
The third key variable to lose weight involves increasing the intensity of a workout which will result in more calories being burned in the same time period. So if you can slowly get faster or lift more weight you will start to burn the fat.Planning for success will often help in reaching a goal. If this can be made part of a daily plan, like a diary appointment, where you just go regardless of the circumstances.
There are a number of ways that you can work out if you are working at a good intensity level. Low intensity will allow an easy conversation with your partner when walking along. This may be enjoyable and provide some benefit but is not necessarily the best way to lose weight.Moderate intensity could be measured can be determined by how easy it is to converse and the time taken to get your breath back. If you can talk a little between breaths and you are starting to puff you are probably at a moderate level. The journey will have started on losing weight with a good start before moving to the next level.
The next level is reached when speech is impossible and you will need to slow to recuperate. You have now found a level that is too hard and you should ease back.
If you are only working at low intensity then you need to work longer than if you are working at medium intensity. You will need to workout/walk for three quarters to an hour to start losing weight. As you get fitter and can increase the intensity level to medium or higher the time can reduce and you will still burn the same calories. At high intensity you can workout for say fifteen to twenty minutes. Or really start to make some progress and increase intensity and maybe increase to half an hour, and you will really be finding the best way to lose weight.
